Freelance - Web Developer Role

Requirements:

web design qualifications of experience (at least 2 years or more)
can produce easy to use Content Management Systems (CMS) is essential!
technically minded you will need to be proficient in web content management tools, HTML, Javascript, PHP, ASP, XML, XSL.
database skills may include SQL 2000 & 2005, MySQL, Access, SQL Server Administration skills.
